I, the user of the website https://meruestate.org/ (hereinafter – the Personal Data Subject), hereby give my consent to MERU ESTATE CO., LTD (hereinafter – the Operator) to process my personal data under the following conditions, as well as under the conditions specified in the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.

Conclusion and execution of a civil contract (acquisition by the Personal Data Subject of the Operator’s goods and services, including receiving a free consultation, thematic guide, or an individual selection of real estate objects).

4. Method of Processing
Mixed automated and non-automated processing of personal data.

5. Actions performed with personal data during processing:

• Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer, distribution, blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. Third-party data processors:
I am informed that the Website is built on the Tilda platform, owned by JSC “Tilda Publishing” (OGRN 1247700830354, 107031, Moscow, Tverskoy District, Petrovskie Linii St., 2, premises 4/1).
Considering the technical specifics of the platform, I give the Operator my consent to assign the processing of my personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, information about actions on the Website including cookies) to JSC “Tilda Publishing” in order to ensure the operation of the Website and provide me with the ability to use its services under the conditions specified in the Data Processing Agreement.
I am informed that without granting such authorization, the Operator cannot use the Website.

I am also informed that the Website is integrated with the AMOcrm system.
I consent to the transfer of my personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address) to JSC “AMOcrm” (109240, Moscow, Nikoloyamskaya St., 26, building 3) in order to ensure the functioning of the automatic request registration service and to automate communication processes between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator.

7. Processing period:

• For 3 years from the date of fulfillment of the parties’ obligations under the concluded contract (if concluded), taking into account the limitation period for claims related to contract performance,

or

• Until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved,

or

•  Until the Personal Data Subject withdraws consent to personal data processing / the Operator receives a request to terminate personal data processing, if there are no other grounds for continuing the processing of the Subject’s data.

8. Withdrawal of consent:
I am informed that consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the Operator’s email address: info@meruestate.com.
The requirements for the content of the request are specified in the Policy.

The Operator has the right, after receiving the withdrawal of this Consent or upon expiration of the consent period, to continue processing personal data to the extent where consent is not required under applicable law (Clause 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006).
